be nice currently, in march 2024, consists, of a more or less loose group of approximately 12-15 specialists who are client-wise connected through the agency brand. Our clients do not pay any overhead costs or employee fees for those who are not directly working for them.

We are located in Mannheim, in the heart of the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region, next to Heidelberg, in the middle between Frankfurt and Stuttgart. SAP is not far, BASF even closer. And many many more or less hidden champions are around. Our team is spread throughout Germany, with some also traveling the world, yet still fully engaged!

Clemens Gutmann

Clemens Gutmann began looking beyond the pages of the law books during his law studies and committed on sales and marketing of an inheritance law software. After a few years working as a lawyer in corporate law firms, Clemens founded his first venture in 2003. Later, he took on leadership and management roles in B2B sales of digital solutions and services, in IT and legal recruitment, in larger startups, and in agencies.

Clemens is a Circular Economy Enthusiast, and one of his favorite topics is the intersection of genuine sustainability with the needs of target audiences. Another name for this connection is: Marketing! Clemens is directly involved with clients in strategy consulting, project management, digital topics, and corporate wording. He lives and works in Mannheim.

Florian Hauer is our Creative Director. His studio and homebase are in Berlin. However, he was born much further south. With a degree in communication design, Florian fully specialized in design and implementation in 2016 with the vision of creating work for clients that goes beyond the surface. Like the rest of the be nice team, Florian believes that creatives have a responsibility to society. With his work, Florian wants to provide orientation, demonstrate values and promote sustainability. Because there is an opportunity for change in everything – even in the smallest line.
